Dark-Carob Brownies

Similar to Dark Chocolate Brownies, but delicious and lovely in it's own right. It is "Dark" both because of the roast-style, but also because the larger amount of carob used in comparison with traditional Brownie recipes. Obviously it would be alright to use cocoa if you prefered. I usually do a double batch, but this can be scaled down easily for a single person as well.

Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake

We're big fans of pumpkin here. Each year, we roast up a big pumpkin, make our own puree, and spend the rest of fall delighting in tasty pumpkin delights. This rich and creamy cheesecake is now at the top of our pumpkin recipe list.

Rhubarb Crisp

Every year, I have an incredible amount of rhubarb that overtakes a small portion of my yard (thank you to whomever planted this delight). I'll usually triple this recipe and freeze most of it for desserts throughout the winter. Rhubard crisp has taken over my freezer!
