Millet ad cauliflower mash

Makes a really nice alternative to potato mash - and millet is really good for you!

Preparation Time: 
30 mins
Servings: 
one greedy person or 3 sensible people
Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cups Millet
1 Cauliflower
Oil
Soya Milk or cream
Salt and pepper.

Preparation: 

Put a tiny bit of oil in pan, heat oil and toast 1 1/2 cups of millet in it briefly.
Add Herbamore, or just salt if you haven't got Herbamore (It is organic herbs mixed with salt)
Then add 3 1/2 cups boiling water, cover and cook for 4-5 mins on low heat, then take off the heat, and let it sit for 20 mins.
Whilst you're doing that you steam a cauliflower.
Then mash them together really well, adding soya milk or cream.
