Glazed Root Vegetables
Preparation Time:
1 hour
Ingredients:
1 Sweet Potato
1 Parsnip
2 Carrots
4/3 cup pepper Jelly
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cube ingredients.
3. Place in plastic ziploc bag with jelly and oil and shake until well coated.
4. Place on baking dish and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.
