This is a quick and tasty guacamole – you can make it in 15 minutes or less, and it just happens to also be raw food!
2 avocados, ripe
1 tomato, diced
1 lemon, juiced
¼ cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon cayenne
½ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
fresh ground black pepper, to taste
Mash and mix all ingredients with a fork, and serve. You can serve this as a salad, a chunky dip, or you can mash it up smooth and add water, and use as a salad dressing.
Tip: Instead of cayenne, you could mince in some fresh hot chiles.
