Triple Thick Chocolate Shake
A dairy-free chocolate almond thick shake

Ingredients:
2-3 frozen bananas, break into chunks
1 tablespoon almond butter
dash of almond extract
1/4 cup water, or a little more if needed
1-2 heaping teaspoons cocoa powder, or to taste
a little sweetener of choice, optional
dash of cinnamon, optional
Preparation:
1. Blend all ingredients in high speed blender until very thick and creamy.
Mixture can also be processed in an ice cream maker for a quick chocolate almond ice cream:)
Also good with tahini in place of almond butter, and vanilla extract in place of almond extract.
