Cuisine Suggestions

So we have a start, but we're looking for more suggestions for what could be the possible "cuisines" that a food might be. So far we have American, Canadian, Chinese, Eastern, French, Indian, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexian, and Southern.

We would love to hear suggestions as to what might be some other appropriate, relevant cuisines to include!

These are great suggestions. We've added in Middle Eastern (we had multiple requests for this one) as well as Thai and Japanese. Perhaps we need to add in Spanish as well...
